From Sorrento Moon, to Kimberley Moon. Tina Arena is headed to Kununurra this May!!
We are pumped to hear this announcement! You could even say we're over the Moon. Ok, we'll stop now. 2026 is the 25th Anniversary of Kimberley Moon Experience. What is the connection between the Ord Valley Muster and Tina Arena? Humble beginnings. That first dinner at The Hoochery, hosted on a working farm back in 2001 was exactly that. Kununurra g...

Meet Gummy: Kimberleyland’s Most Famous Freshwater Crocodile
If you’ve ever stayed at Kimberleyland Waterfront Holiday Park, chances are you’ve already heard whispers about a certain local celebrity who calls our lagoon home. No, it’s not a movie star passing through town — it’s Gummy, our resident toothless freshwater crocodile and one of the most photographed locals in Kununurra.

Wake up to great coffee at Kimberleyland
At Kimberleyland Waterfront Holiday Park, the on‑site café, Spilled the Beans, makes mornings easy. This converted shipping container sits just a short stroll from the poolside cabins, and it opens early (from 6 a.m.) so you can grab a cup before your adventures begin.
What Our Guests Are Saying
Had the unpowered site right next to the lagoon which was amazing. The croc seems to be coming up to say hello every afternoon. Amenities were good, especially the camp kitchen (very clean), ablution blocks were ok but a bit old. There’s a cafe, we didn’t try it but seemed busy when we left. Loads of birds so be careful with leaving things outside. We would come back.

An enjoyable stay at a well-run holiday park. The waterfront cabins offer a superb view of Lake Kununurra and wetland birdlife. The staff are helpful, friendly and polite, including the groundsmen. Facilities are clean and the amenities are great. Highly recommend.

Stayed there a few nights ago after finishing the Gibb River Road. Nice park and good amenities with very friendly and helpful staff. The ground staff recognised we were very dirty and dusty asked if we wanted to use the fresh lake water to wash car and van on site. Said we could use as much as we want, it helped keep any dust down and helped keep the grass green.
